4Par is a mobile golf simulator service dedicated to bringing the joy of golf to people everywhere. Whether you are hosting a birthday party, corporate event, or fundraiser, we make it easy to elevate your event with a fun, interactive golf experience.

Our service is perfect for everyone! Whether you are hosting a party, corporate event, fundraiser, or simply want to try out a golf simulator before you buy, our setup is designed for all skill levels.

How does it work?

Begin by clicking on the 'Get Your Event Quote' button on the home screen. Once we receive the event details and deposit you will receive a email confirming your booking. On the day of the event an operator will arrive to set up the equipment including the launch monitor, hitting mat, net, screen, and projector. During the event, our operator will assist guests, explain game modes, and manage contests like Longest Drive and Closets to the Pin. After the event, we will handle all cleanup, leaving you free to enjoy the experience from start to finish.

Do I need prior golfing experience?

Not at all! Our simulators are beginner-friendly and designed to be fun for everyone, regardless of skill level.

What technology do you use?

We use the Garmin Approach R10 launch monitor, which provides accurate swing metrics, ball tracking, and access to over 40,000 virtual golf courses worldwide.

What do I need to provide for the setup?

All you will need is a flat space large enough for the simulator (approx. 10'W x 15'L) with ceilings high enough to swing a golf club (approx. 10'), as well as access to power, and we'll handle the rest. We provide all the equipment, including the launch monitor, net, hitting mat, and projector.

Can I use my own clubs?

Yes! We encourage guests to bring their own clubs, but we can provide clubs if needed.

What games or challenges can we play?

Guests can participate in exciting challenges like Longest Drive, Closest to the Pin, or play full rounds on famous courses.

How many people can use the simulator at once?

One player hits at a time, but games can be set up for groups to compete and take turns.

How much does it cost to rent the simulator?

Pricing varies depending on the event length and location. Contact us for a personalized quote.

Do you have a minimum rental time?

Yes, we require a minimum rental time of 2 hours for indoor events and 3 hours for outdoor events. This ensures we have enough time to set up, provide a great experience, and pack up afterward. If you're planning a shorter event, please contact us to discuss your needs.

How far in advance do I need to book?

We recommend booking at least 4 weeks in advance to secure your date, especially during peak event seasons.

Is there a deposit required to book?

Yes, we require a small deposit to confirm your booking, which will be applied to your total cost.

What happens if the event gets canceled or rescheduled?

We offer flexible rescheduling options and refunds for cancellations, depending on timing. Events cancelled within 48 hours will forfeit the event deposit.

What is the minimum space required for the setup?

Typically, a space of at least 10 feet wide, by 15 feet long, and 10 feet high is sufficient. Access to a power outlet will also be necessary to set up the equipment.

Do you travel outside of Portland?

Yes! We primarily serve the Portland area but are happy to discuss options for events further away. Additional travel fees may apply.

What if it rains during my outdoor event?

If rain is expected, we recommend an indoor setup or rescheduling the event. Our team will work with you to find the best solution.
