Welcome to 4Par! These Terms of Use outline the rules and regulations for using our website and booking our mobile golf simulator services. By accessing our website and utilizing our services, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

1. Services Provided

4Par provides mobile golf simulator rentals for events, including parties, corporate gatherings, and fundraisers. Our services include simulator setup, event facilitation, and optional contests such as longest drive and closest to the pin.

2. Booking & Payment
  • A 50% deposit is required to secure your event date.
  • The remaining balance will be charged 24 hours after the event.
  • Payment is processed through Shopify Payments or invoice.
  • Failure to pay the final balance may result in additional charges or cancellation of future bookings.
3. Cancellations & Refunds
  • Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the event will receive a full refund of the deposit.
  • Cancellations made within 48 hours of the event will forfeit the deposit.
  • If 4Par must cancel due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., extreme weather or technical failure), a full refund or rescheduling option will be provided.
4. Event Requirements & Minimums
  • A 2-hour minimum rental is required for all bookings.
  • Adequate space is required for setup, either indoors or outdoors (approx. 10'W x 15'L x 10'H).
  • Access to power is required for set up at the event location.
  • Customers are responsible for ensuring a safe environment for guests using the simulator.
5. Liability & Waiver
  • Participants use the golf simulator at their own risk.
  • 4Par is not responsible for injuries or property damage occurring during an event.
  • Event hosts are required to sign a liability waiver before setup.
6. Equipment Use
  • Customers may use their own clubs, or 4Par will provide right- and left-handed clubs upon request.
  • Misuse or damage to equipment may result in additional charges.
7. Privacy & Data Protection
  • Customer data is collected only for booking and service purposes.
  • We do not sell or share personal information with third parties.

8. Changes to Terms

4Par reserves the right to update these Terms of Use at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any modifications.
